Sukhothai Remains Wat Sri Sawai

It was built as a Hindu temple from the 12th to the 13th centuries. Thai temples are influenced not only by the architectural style peculiar to Thailand, but also by the architectural techniques of Sri Lanka, India, and China. In particular, the towering 3rd pagoda has a strong Khmer style in northern and central Thailand.Although the temple was built in the 12th and 13th centuries, some structures were still unfinished in the 15th century. Therefore, the de facto completion will be 200 to 300 years after the start of construction. In 1907, Hindu bronze was excavated from this area.
